I was the one who said hello and asked how they were - pleasantries were not reciprocated. They wouldn’t allow me to claim some compulsory workplace expenses such as a staff lunch. If I did not attend, I would not have been paid for the day. Two accountants spoke about my tax and were both confused by some aspects of it. When I asked what was happening so I could understand what’s going on with my tax, they didn’t explain. They simply stated “just something from last year” and left me feeling more confused by the situation.
- Steven Bowman Added July 26, 2020★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very poor service and lack basic communication skills its been 30 days and still haven’t seen my tax refund, no phone call or updates and i have been there twice trying to get answers but same poor excuse “ ill check with the district manager and call you back”
- Dean Watson Added July 22, 2020★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Poor communication. At no point was my tax return explained to me or broken down in any way, and I left my appointment feeling confused and unsure. Expected better service for my $148. Will be doing my own tax from now on.
