  So unprofessional that have suggested disclosure of my personal tax outcomes in a google review in their response below, and also suggesteing because my tax refund was high in their opinion then I should have paid them more.
  Accounting 101 for you C&H, that refund is because I have paid deductible expenses. If I have a higher refund that means I have had more expenses, and at least in this instance it had nothing to do with your ONE phone call asking me "how did you go" with the ATO as I was dealing with the matters personally and your agent had nothing to do with it. For once instead of defending your agents overcharging a client try to get to the bottom of it. If you call me and politely apology and ask about the details of what your agent has put in, I am more than happy to go through every email and phone call and count the number of words she has written for you, which include no usable information. I am not going to talk to you if you want to continue being a bully..
  Original review - Just received a call from some extremely rude bully, shouted for 5 minutes and he hung up when I asked him to listen why I was unhappy with their "service" saying he didn't want to waste precious company time. Very professional indeed.
  The accountant DID NOT know the details of the rulings and I had to find out the details through personally engaging with ATO and filling private ruling with absolutely zero minutes involved from the agent.
  I asked to meet with someone who has knowledge of self education expenses, but the agent had zero information about the matter, and subsequently charged me $200 extra for googling it and emailing me a link to the relevant page on ATO website, and a couple of emails she sent me to ask me about my progress investigating the available deductions MYSELF.I f there is anything complicated in your tax return then avoid these guys because they have no idea, will charge you quite a bit for googling stuff even though you haven't asked asked them to do so! I ended up paying nearly $400 for my tax return because she sent me a link to ATO website and later sent me an email asking "how did you go!"
